Make the "decision" NOT to "VAPE"!!!

So . . . why should we "STOP" vaping . . . and why is that such a "hard" task to accomplish???


Well . . . "vaping", primarily due to the "nicotine" . . . has a significant impact on the "limbic system" in the brain.


We've spoken about this important system many times before . . .


But, how does it relate to "VAPING"???


Well . . . unfortunately, "vaping" HIJACKS" this system.


And as we know . . . this important system "processes" emotion, REWARD, decision making and motivation.


So, let's break it down to better understand . . .


You see . . . "vaping" triggers a strong sense of "pleasure" and "reinforcement" when nicotine is "inhaled" . . . which leads to a "desire" to repeat that behavior.


So, "vaping" is VERY addictive . . . due to the nicotine content!!!!


Now . . . when "nicotine" enters the brain . . . it BINDS to part of the "limbic system" which is the "reward and pleasure" center of the brain.


And with this . . . it will affect the brain's emotional processing, memory formation and decision-making!!!


And this is way it's soooooo hard to "quit" vaping or smoking cigarettes.


You see . . . the "change" in the limbic system's reward pathway . . . can also influence behavior like cravings of food, sex and other drugs.


So . . . a person that is "vaping" . . . is not ONLY dealing with the addiction to the "nicotine" . . . many times . . . they're also dealing with the addiction of food and other elements.


This now . . . becomes a MAJOR task to try and quit!!!


So, how do we "help" this process of being able to QUIT you ask???


Well . . . there are several ways to "calm" the "limbic system" in the brain like . . .


Rugging 1 drop of the essential oil Frankincense on the base of the skull . . . can help increase the secretion of antibodies, endorphins and neurotransmitters . . . which will help to "calm" the brain and its REWARD center.


Also using the essential oil "Lavender" . . . can help get rid the temptation-causing feeling.


But . . . the biggest factor is "vitamin C".


Upping your Vitamin C intake during the day can help "reduce" nicotine cravings . . .


You see . . . vitamin C . . . ADHERES to nicotine . . . and allows it to be "filtered" easily . . . and sent to the liver and kidneys for "elimination" from the body.


So, why do "vapers" and "smokers" need more vitamin C???


Well . . . "vaping" DEPLETES the body's storage of vitamin C.


You see . . . vitamin C . . . helps PROTECT the lungs from the oxidative stress caused by "vaping" and smoking.


Therefore . . . adding vitamin C . . . BACK into the body will aid in "lung health" . . . and "nicotine" elimination.


Now, how much vitamin C would you need to take???


Well, that would depend on your age, weight and gender . . .
